The 8 qt Countertop Planetary Mixer (SP8) from Globe is designed for heavy-duty mixing with heat-treated hardened steel alloy transmission gears that operate the planetary action and provide high torque mixing power. Included with this mixer is an eight quart stainless steel mixing bowl, aluminum spiral dough hook, stainless steel wire whip, aluminum flat beater and a polycarbonate bowl guard. The bowl lift lever is interlocked meaning that the mixer will automatically shut down when the bowl is lowered. This mixer also features front mounted controls with a 15 minute digital timer. This cast aluminum mixer is finished with an NSF approved white enamel paint and includes a six foot cord with plug.
